Work-life balance is possible! Remember, you can have perfect balance, perfect — that is — given the priorities and values that are unique to you in this moment. Think of life as a blank canvas. There are no rules. Any rules or pressure that you feel are made up. You get to rewrite them.

Some people say that work-life balance does not exist. That you can’t have it all. That can’t be farthest from the truth! There is no such thing as THE perfect balance to strive for, except for the balance that is perfect for you in this special moment in time given what you want to experience.
